I am a Registered Nurse and qualified Massage Therapist, bringing together extensive clinical experience and a passion for holistic wellbeing.
At KÁLLOS ESTÍ, I offer a range of clinical and holistic massage treatments, including Oncology Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Indian Head Massage.
Every treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, preferences and comfort, with safety, professionalism and personalised care at the heart of my practice.

I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
My professional background includes extensive clinical nursing and leadership experience within the NHS, providing a strong foundation in patient care, safety and professional standards.
My massage practice is guided by appropriate consultation and assessment, with a commitment to safe, ethical and person-centred care. Treatments are provided as complementary wellbeing services and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

The Meaning Behind the Name
In Ancient Greek, Kállos (κάλλος) means beauty, a concept associated with harmony, grace and aesthetic appreciation.
Estí (ἐστί) means “is.” Together, KÁLLOS ESTÍ expresses a simple yet meaningful idea: “Beauty is.”
For me, this reflects the belief that beauty extends beyond physical appearance and can be found in balance, tranquillity and the moments we dedicate to our wellbeing.

The KÁLLOS ESTÍ emblem is inspired by the Macedonian Rosette, a decorative motif associated with Ancient Macedonian art and heritage.
Chosen as a tribute to my Greek roots, it reflects the classical inspiration behind KÁLLOS ESTÍ and symbolises the connection between ancient heritage and contemporary wellbeing.

Classical sculptures, architectural details and carefully curated décor, accompanied by atmospheric instrumental music, create a distinctive setting that reflects the beauty and character of antiquity.
Here, ancient inspiration meets modern comfort, offering a tranquil escape from everyday demands and a moment dedicated entirely to yourself.
Your Personalised Consultation
Your visit begins with a confidential medical history questionnaire, completed upon arrival at the studio.
We will then review your medical history together, discuss any relevant health conditions, individual needs and treatment preferences, and identify any precautions or contraindications that may affect your treatment.
This consultation helps establish whether your chosen treatment is suitable and how it can be safely adapted to your individual circumstances.
Before proceeding, I will explain the treatment, answer any questions and obtain your informed consent.
The KÁLLOS ESTÍ Rituals
Selected massage treatments include thoughtful rituals designed to complement your experience.
Where included, a gentle organic milk foot soak offers a peaceful beginning to your massage.
Following your treatment, you may enjoy a choice of traditional Greek mountain tea or refreshing water infused with lemon and mint. You will be given a few quiet moments to enjoy your refreshments in privacy, allowing time to relax, reflect and return to your day at an unhurried pace.

Your Massage Experience
Every massage is thoughtfully adapted to your individual needs, preferences and comfort, using techniques appropriate to your chosen treatment.
Your privacy and dignity are respected throughout, with appropriate draping and time to prepare in private. Massage pressure and positioning can be adjusted according to your comfort, and you are welcome to communicate any concerns or request changes at any point.
You may also ask to pause or stop your treatment at any time.
After Your Treatment
I will be available to answer any questions and provide relevant aftercare advice where appropriate, taking into consideration your treatment and individual circumstances.
As a final touch, you will receive a small scroll from the Echoes of Ancient Greece collection, featuring a carefully selected quotation from Ancient Greek literature or philosophy — a keepsake to take home from your KÁLLOS ESTÍ experience.
